Nintendo 3DS

Post  Xanatos on Thu Jul 15, 2010 12:35 pm

This year at E3 (which I think Nintendo dominated) Nintendo announced the first portable 3D gamey-device, the new DS features a ~3.5 inch 3D LCD screen, a 3D slider which allows the player to switch the 3D on, off or to a suitable degree of balance between 2D and 3D, a new analog-like stick called the "touch pad", and a 'home button'.

here is a basic list of big titles known coming to the 3DS (source of Game Informer):
  • Shin Megami Tensei (at least 3 titles)
    Super Street Fighter IV
    Star Fox 64
    Sonic
    Final Fantasy
    Kingdom Hearts
    Dead or Alive
    Ninja Gaiden
    Saints Row
    Assassin's Creed
    Ghost Recon
    Resident Evil
    Mario Kart
    Metal Gear Solid
    Kid Icarus
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (remake we've been waiting years for =D )

All the ones in bold are the apps that are solidifying this system for me. I just HAVE to get it for these games. And MAYBE Assassin's Creed, if that title doesn't end up sucking like other portable games in ther series. :/
